Thanks so much! And we heard about letterboxing at....EMS. But we're
always a bit embarrased by the "pioneer" thing, especially
considering there are hundreds of hyperboxers around here.

Hello Randy,
Elaine and Jerry's Bluff was actually the second box
placed by the EMS crew. Back in the beginning it was
Sara Fearing who convinced me that this would be a
good thing for our customers at EMS. Little did we know
how really really big letterboxing would grow.
The first box was put out in June of 1998 by myself
and some of our Ems customers on our first store
sponsored letterboxing hike. It has been recently been
semiretired but is expected to return in a few weeks.
The box has seen enough visits to fill at least two
log books. However Elaine and Jerry's bluff was by far
the busiest box of its time and lots of log books have
been filled.
A great amount of credit has to be given to the Drew
Clan for their dedication to letterboxing. They are
the true pioneers of letterboxing in CT.

The first box was put out in June of 1998 by myself

The box has seen enough visits to fill at least two
